Trust In The Lord With All Your Heart

Trust In The Lord With All Your Heart

Nichole: I am a caregiver and one of my clients has been in and out of the hospital for health reasons, which left me with one other client. I like to be productive, so I uploaded a resume and kept looking out for jobs, but we had family issues and I kept holding on to God’s loving promises. Two weeks ago, I got a call from a church member who was needing immediate care for his wife who has both Alzheimer’s and dementia. (That’s my specialty!)  I cried because for two years I needed a job, and this opportunity was a “God thing!” Proverbs 3:5-6 is my favorite Bible verse- “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.” I was leaning on God fully. He is wonderful and granted me what I wanted. God always answers- it’s either “Not yet” or “Yes” or “No, I’ve got a better plan.”

“God always answers…”
